Naphtha tank emergency emptying line

Among all the naphtha tanks in our tank farm, there are currently only inlet and outlet lines; I think there should also be an emergency emptying line. Could everyone help me determine whether this is necessary and what the procedure should be?

I don’t think I would design each tank with only inlet and outlet pipelines! Bro, you must have made a mistake! Designers certainly take the production cycle transfer line into consideration! If anything needs to be added, it’s just a jump wire. Or you can draw a separate line to each tank! It depends specifically on the layout of your tank area
