How to build a compressed air system? What components are included in a complete air compression system? Who has done it? Are there any sample images? I’ll give it a try. Thank you all. I’m currently working on an air compression system with 40 air supply points and a pressure of 0.6 MPa.

This isn’t difficult; the general process is as follows: an air compressor (usually of the micro-oil screw type, though there are now oil-free, water-lubricated versions; to ensure air quality, it’s best to use an oil-free air compressor), an air buffer tank, a cold dryer (used to remove water and oil from the air), a nitrogen generator, a nitrogen buffer tank, and another cold dryer (used to remove water and oil from the nitrogen). A key issue in the process is ensuring that the air and nitrogen are clean; if there is too much moisture or oil in the air and it is not removed promptly, it will enter the nitrogen production equipment, causing poisoning of the activated carbon molecular sieves ； Poor quality nitrogen can also lead to a reduced service life of pneumatic valve components.
