The work of the party branch is obviously affected by the economic benefits of the enterprise. When profits are good, there are many activities, and development in the enterprise is smooth. When the efficiency is poor, it is basically an idle department. Building party branches in private and foreign companies may be difficult. Not only do they have to be looked down upon by corporate leaders, but corporate employees are rarely and unwilling to say that they are party members, let alone the funds needed for party building. In fact, it is very important and necessary to build party organizations in private and foreign enterprises. However, the party organization must truly play its role in serving employees in order to have a foundation for development and a need for existence.
