What should I do about the exploitation by capitalists?

Working for private companies that claim to be high-tech firms, the financial crisis has little impact on the owners’ incomes, but it does have a significant effect on us. There is no overtime pay for working on weekends, and employees are ordered to work as usual on statutory holidays, without any reason given. . . In private enterprises, one is constantly confronted with the law of survival of the fittest, and experiences the coldness of the world and the inherent evil in human nature; only the bright spring scenery outside the window and a little care from colleagues can bring warmth. I’m growing more and more disgusted with this job! As a worker, I really feel helpless
