Factory training

The factory has newly established a training department that holds tests every day; I’m exhausted from all these exams. It would be better to rename this department the \"Exams Department\". I don’t think that exams are a shortcut or effective way to improve employees’ professional skills. In fact, practical experience in air separation is very important, while theoretical knowledge serves only as a supplementary element. These are my rather immature views on training; I hope everyone can share their own opinions on training and how it should be conducted.
I agree; the true measure of a person’s abilities lies in practical assessments in real situations. Some people answer questions perfectly in written tests by relying on memorization, but when faced with actual problems in practice, they get stuck as theory cannot be applied to reality.
Personally, I think training is about improving one’s practical skills; theoretical knowledge is something learned in school, and training is simply about putting that theory into practice!
It’s the same in our factory too – there are tests every day, and the test results are linked to bonuses; if you perform poorly, you lose over a hundred yuan per month. It’s too painful:Q
I think skill training is still necessary, but I am not in favor of too much emphasis on theoretical training; more focus should be placed on practical or hands-on training.
Theory is needed! Practical experience is needed! The key is to have appropriate operational adjustments when the system is in a faulty state.
Training is necessary; the transition from school to the factory is quite significant, and it can help you adapt more quickly. But shouldn’t there also be a limit, you know? The situation you mentioned of having exams every day is a bit annoying
People at different levels have different requirements, so it’s not possible to generalize
Appropriate theoretical training is necessary; too many exams would render it meaningless, unless it’s just to pass the time
