What operational technical documents are required for a single-system gasifier, from preparing the furnace for heating to conducting trial runs?
What is an “operational technical document”?
The furnace drying plan, the drying curve, the supply systems for furnace drying materials such as fuel gas or diesel must function properly; the equipment pipelines must be thoroughly flushed and cleaned; the water circulation system must work correctly; all static and dynamic equipment must be in good condition; and there must be emergency plans for various possible situations.
ESD system commissioning, coal grinder interlock commissioning, weighing feeder commissioning, coal grinding experiments, calibration of high-pressure coal slurry pumps, introduction of high-pressure nitrogen, airtightness testing of the gasifier system and operation of the high-pressure water system in the gasifier, commissioning of the hopper system and sealing tests, experiments on the coal slurry and oxygen systems in the gasifier, wet testing with high-pressure nitrogen, heating of the gasifier, oxygen supply experiments and wet oxygen testing, testing of the air separation backup system, burner pre-installation drills, feeding material into the gasifier. That’s about it; I’m not entirely sure. Please add anything I may have missed
