Circulating fluidized beds usually have separate ignition burners; as long as an adequate supply of air is ensured, wear should not occur! Oh, I mean the ignition device under the bed!
The burners in circulating fluidized bed boilers are generally activated during the startup, ignition, and heating phase. By paying attention to the following aspects during this process, it should be possible to prevent the burners from being damaged: 1. Adjusting the amount of air used for ignition is crucial; if too little air is supplied, the burner can become red-hot or even get damaged; Excessive or insufficient air flow can cause the burner to vibrate violently, and may also lead to damage to the burner ; 2. Control of the fuel gas volume: If too much fuel gas is used, the boiler will heat up too quickly, which not only affects the burner but also reduces the service life of the boiler itself ; The fuel gas flow rate is too low, resulting in a slow heating rate of the boiler. 3. Strengthen inspections; if it is observed on site that the combustion flame in the ignition burner is abnormal, or that the burner is red-hot, or that the burner vibrates excessively, immediately communicate with the main controller to make adjustments.
The key is that the size of the fuel gas must be appropriate; if it’s too large, it will damage the burner
