The third brick at the bottom of the machine side furnace wall in the carbonization chamber of our company’s coke oven is damaged; this issue occurs throughout the entire oven. Have other coke ovens experienced such a problem as well? What causes it? How can it be resolved?

What do you mean by bad – broken? Pitted surface? Broken? Mechanical reasons are the main factor
First there’s a pitted surface, and then it gradually gets worn through
It’s probably a mechanical issue; could it be that the large rod scraped against the wall during coke pushing?
The bricks at the bottom of the carbonization chamber have likely fallen off due to improper stacking, which was caused by the movement of the push rod boots; a simple repair will suffice
If you have a new furnace, I’m sure it’s caused by furnace drying.
It must be caused by a mechanical issue. Check the push rod
Are all three of the first ones broken, or is only the third one broken?
Is it top-loading coal, or side-loading? If it is installed on the side, it is caused by friction with the coal support plate. If it’s custom-made, there’s a problem with the quality of the gas. Also, check whether the furnace temperature is normal
Upon inspection, it was mainly a mechanical issue; we use side-loading compaction, and the rear panel of the coal loading vehicle shifted to the side when retracting from the coal support floor
If you are using high-pressure steam for smokeless coal loading, it is possible that the high-pressure steam valve isn’t closed properly or was forgotten to be closed
Mechanical devices should be repaired promptly, while furnace chimneys can be treated using a segmented approach
