Problems with the steam heater

The heat exchange tubes of the single-stage heater in our factory have cracked (I wanted to upload a photo, but does it have to be an online image? Can’t I upload one locally?) ), the oxide film at the lower tube sheet is relatively intact, appearing brown in color. The upper part is gray, with almost no oxide film visible. The heat exchange tube is pressed inward due to the vacuum. The reasons for this analysis are erosion and the material of the pipe; the pipe is made of 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 and has dimensions of 25*2. Please help analyze the reasons!
May I ask the original poster: Is your production load quite high? I suspect it’s due to the device operating under overload, with the high flow rate of urine inside the heat exchange tubes of the steam heater causing erosion
I heard that some factories are switching to titanium to improve quality
It is mainly caused by high production loads leading to erosion and corrosion, resulting in thinning of the pipe walls, as well as large pressure differences during startup and shutdown processes
There is indeed an increase in load; it seems this is related to it. How can this be resolved without reducing the load?
That’s right, that’s exactly what’s happening – the pipes get damaged as they’re pressed in
