New issues encountered during the turbine test run today

Our unit is undergoing a trial run today, with the steam turbine and centrifugal compressor. When the speed reached 8500 rpm, intermittent metallic knocking sounds began to be heard from the cylinder-type turning gear mechanism; the sound disappeared when the speed was reduced. It has been decided to conduct a trial run at 8100 rpm at reduced speed, with inspection to be carried out tomorrow. It is estimated that the hook of the cranking cylinder has come loose. Please share your opinions.
The equipment of this type in our unit, whether imported or domestically produced, does not have a turning gear, and it has always been in good condition.
Check the hydraulic oil pipes of the turning gear – they are very likely connected in reverse! (Note the interface at the directional control valve area)
There is no problem with the oil pipeline; it worked fine when tested with a single steam turbine. On the second floor, there is no dedicated wind-up mechanism; you’ll be in trouble when it’s time to shut down the machine. Our turbine stopped operating at 5 p.m. yesterday, and the temperature still hasn’t dropped to the required level by noon today; according to the specifications, the turbine needs to keep rotating continuously. What are you going to do? It’s still better to have an automatic barring mechanism. :@
