I have a question regarding the packaging of steel pipes. We have a batch of steel pipes that need to be sandblasted again by the manufacturer, coated with anti-rust paint, tied up with steel straps, and fitted with pipe caps. However, I think the costs charged by the manufacturer are a bit high: the cost for applying the anti-rust paint is estimated at 100 yuan per ton, while the cost for adding pipe caps and tags is 125 yuan per ton. The cost for tying the pipes with steel straps is 120 yuan per ton. I’m not sure if it’s much more expensive; could someone tell me the cost of doing these things? Are there any specialized books that discuss the costs of steel pipe packaging? Since they are all small tubes, 2-3 tons are prepared and tied together into one bundle
