Can the energy head coefficient be changed?

Can the energy head coefficient of a selected compressor be changed? If it cannot change, then why can the energy head differ at a certain speed? For example, at a fixed rotational speed, the greater the flow rate, the lower the head, and since the peripheral speed remains constant, the only thing that can change is the head coefficient, right? Please offer your guidance
The energy head generated at a certain rotational speed is the same; there is no direct relationship between energy head and flow rate
