It is also necessary to pay attention to whether the pressure within the station is regulated in two stages or in one stage; if it is regulated in two stages, it is advisable to install a safety valve between the first and second stage of pressure regulation (to convert high pressure to medium pressure).
The installation of a safety valve is primarily considered necessary in cases where there is a possibility of overpressure; moreover, as long as a stable operating condition can be maintained, a single safety valve is sufficient for such a system. Safety valves and safety vents are inappropriate concepts; a safety valve is a means of achieving safety venting. Moreover, safety valves automatically open to release pressure when it exceeds the limit. There is no manual or automatic. Generally, safety valves and filters are mainly installed at the entrance and exit of the station (before and after the pressure regulator); since the area before the pressure regulator forms one system, there is no need to install such devices there, which is also in line with the requirements of relevant regulations.
