Minimum concentration for water-coal slurry preparation

Typically, for Texaco gasifiers, the water-coal slurry concentration is 60-70 wt%. According to the available information, the minimum concentration of a stable water-coal slurry can reach 50 wt%. I would like to ask everyone: for coal that is easy to convert into slurry and coal that is difficult to do so, what is approximately the lowest concentration of water-coal slurry that can be achieved? Energy losses in the gasifier are not considered.
The coal slurry produced by our plant has a minimum concentration of 50%, which is sufficient to be fed into large tanks; the normal concentration ranges from 61 to 63%
Your factory is quite bold – you dare to use 50; I wouldn’t dare. The lowest value I’ve seen entered into the system was 55.
May I ask about the second and third floors, ignoring the heat absorption by moisture in the vaporization furnace and the resulting changes in the composition of the products? What are the side effects of too low a concentration? For example, what impacts does it have on pumps, pipeline transportation, and the ignition temperature?
I don’t understand why the concentration of coal slurry needs to be reduced. Won’t this reduce the amount of gas produced? Do you want to produce more hydrogen, by converting water into hydrogen? Is your transformation system not sufficient?
