Since I started driving the vehicle in February this year, things were normal for the first half month, but within 2 days the total acidity of the wastewater rose from around 1.3 (which was the same value last year) to around 2.2. No significant fluctuations were detected in the operating parameters of various systems; the slag was grayish-black, the wind pressure at the bottom of the furnace remained unchanged, and flushing the washing tower had no effect. Personally, I think the total acidity of the wastewater is caused by an increase in the original acid mist, but I’m puzzled now; it seems there’s no problem with the roasting process, and the sulfur content in the ore mixture remains relatively stable. It persists when there is slight air leakage at the top of the furnace. I would appreciate some advice from everyone. Urgent
Check if there are any problems with the desorption tower? ? Has there been any change in the degassing efficiency? ? ? The so-called total acidity of wastewater includes SO2 and SO3; also check whether there is an analytical error
Check the pollution discharge situation. In other cases, certainly, an increase in waste discharge will lead to a decrease in acidity, while a reduction in waste discharge will result in an increase in acidity. Only 1 point was gained in two days; it’s not bad.
