How does HTFS send over .dat files?

According to the document instructions, after exporting the heat load curve, it can be converted into a .dat file in HTFS format that can be opened. However, after I completed the conversion, I don’t know how to open it I would appreciate some guidance from experts, thank you!
It seems that HTFS can only be imported using PSF; higher versions can open HTFS directly in simulation files
