Honeywell PKS Chinese language issues

We are using HONEYWELL PKS C200 here; the Chinese font library is installed, but on the alarm display some characters fail to show in Chinese and instead appear as “?” ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ”At the moment, it’s not clear what the cause is; the only option is to download it again. It’s a problem with the system settings; the system isn’t configured properly. We have encountered this situation before as well, but it was the teacher who set it up; I took a look while standing by but couldn’t remember the specific steps. It seems that first, the user was switched to the HONEYWELL system, where the settings were made; I can’t remember the details exactly, sorry about that.
I don’t know what the original poster meant by re-downloading? Was the controller program re-downloaded? Well, there’s no change then; question marks and garbled characters have nothing to do with it. You can try installing the font library under both mngr and administrator, and setting it to Chinese.
After installing the font library, you need to select Chinese as the language in the Region and Language settings of the Control Panel, using administrator privileges. That’s it.
If that doesn’t work, you’ll have to reinstall it again, making sure to follow the installation order
