Are there any standards for deducting points for downloads?

I’ve downloaded attachments several times, but in some cases the download was only completed halfway before it indicated that I didn’t have enough funds. I’d like to know the criteria for deductions when downloading, so as to avoid wasting my funds and to be able to understand exactly how it works. Does anyone know? Downloading 1 attachment costs 1 wealth point. Note: Please use a single-threaded tool to download the attachment, otherwise it will cause a sharp decline in your wealth; you can right-click on the attachment and select “Save target as”. Refer to the beginner’s guide; generally, a small amount of wealth is deducted each time a download is performed. It should also be noted that if the amount of wealth decreases sharply after uploading an attachment (with a large deduction amount), it is most likely due to the use of multi-threaded tools for downloading. Here are the terms: 1. In this forum, the member’s wealth value serves as the standard metric for downloading attachments. 2. Charm and wealth are related such that 10 units of wealth equal 1 unit of charm (1 point); you can convert the wealth you acquire into charm in order to upgrade. Wealth is a necessary resource for downloading attachments, and its amount is determined by the moderators or others; 1 point of wealth must be paid each time an attachment is downloaded
