METER Z/S RUN TRANSMITTER Z/S RUN FINE Z/S RUN
The question posed by the original poster is quite difficult. Let me explain. First, what does Z/S mean? Z stands for ZERO, referring to the zero point of the transmitter; S stands for SPAN, referring to the full measurement range. RUN means operation – in other words, it refers to setting up the meter. What model is your Rosemount pressure gauge? Literally, the first one refers to gauge adjustment, the second to transmitter adjustment, and the third to fine tuning. I’m not sure if that’s correct; the exact meaning still needs to be checked in the manual. Hehe:lol

What series is it, 3051S or 3051? Does it come with a dial? Different series seem to be quite different, right?

Some transmitters allow adjustment of the display accuracy of the gauge, such as those produced by Shanghai Wilte. METER Z/S RUN is used to adjust the gauge’s display: 4MA indicates 0%, while 20MA indicates 100%. When calibrating the transmitter, adjust TRANSMITTER Z/S RUN and FINE Z/S RUN to do the calibration; if the gauge display does not match the output current, then adjust METER Z/S RUN – that should resolve the issue.
