I am currently working on a 30m³ mixing reactor for the production of PVC. However, my field of study is a new specialty at my university, and there is very little available information on it. I would like to obtain some materials related to PVC, preferably detailed information on the PVC reaction process. First of all, I would like to thank everyone here! I also want to ask what type of PVC with which K value is the easiest to produce?
It is generally believed that for SG5 material, it seems that not many people in the industry use the K value term
There are many professional materials on PVC production available on this forum; you can download them. If not, I will upload the materials to a NAS next week and provide you with the NAS address, so you can download them then. As for the question of what K value results in the simplest PVC production process, it is relatively simple for general-purpose PVC resins (SG1~8); of course, SG3~5 is the simplest. Since the reaction temperatures for SG3–5 are moderate, heat conduction is easy, the initiators used have moderate activity, and all other additives are relatively simple.
Thank you, sir. Since my current level isn’t high enough, I can’t download it from the resource sharing area. Could you please send it to my email address liup426@163.com? Thank you! Urgent now! !
