Asahi Kasei electrolyzer positioning pin installation issue

This post was last edited by sunjl1981 on 2013-1-6 at 19:53. Our factory uses Asahi Kasei electrolyzer double-end extrusion units; there are a total of 146 such units. The length of the positioning pins comes in two types – the longer ones are installed in the end frames, and each electrolyzer requires 8 of these pins. With 10 electrolyzers, we need 80 pins in total, but Asahi Kasei provided only 52. Have we installed them incorrectly? Does anyone know? Thank you # , , &
:Lol, if there’s not enough, just buy more. For his grandfather’s little robot, we also used to install 3 slots and then run out of space; later on we bought extra ones specifically for that purpose: L
Check the packing list to see if it’s enough. It matches the packing list; it was only purchased. It’s better to buy a bit more generally.
