May I ask: How many types are there for prestressing fixtures?
Pre-tensioning is a prestressed concrete production method in which the prestress tendons are tensioned first, followed by the pouring of concrete. This method requires specialized production beds and fixtures for tensioning and temporarily anchoring the prestress tendons; once the concrete reaches its design strength, the prestress tendons are released. Pre-tensioning is suitable for manufacturing small to medium-sized prestressed concrete components in prefabrication plants. Prestress is transmitted to the concrete through the bond between the prestress tendons and the concrete. It’s probably just one type!
There are tensioning fixtures (divided into eccentric fixtures and pin-type fixtures), and anchoring fixtures (divided into cone-tooth plate fixtures and circular sleeve three-piece fixtures).
