Should the design agent sign to approve the project handover documents? ? What responsibility does one bear for construction quality issues after signing? ? ? Is one responsible for the construction quality? ?
In our company, it is our process engineers who are responsible for the entire project, including construction quality and project management; basically, we take charge of everything. This is different from design institutes, which are only responsible for the design aspect and not for construction.
