Does uploading without using a specific section count as duplicate posting? Use reporting?
Since multiple posts are made under the same thread, it should be considered a duplicate post. However, if a post receives no replies for several days in a certain forum, or the replies do not reach the depth desired by the poster, and it is then posted in another forum with a note stating that it has already been posted in such-and-such forum along with a link, I believe it should not be considered a duplicate post. Every section of the forum is useful; there is no useless one. The forum stipulates that multiple posts per topic are not allowed, and posts with repeated content should be deleted.
