Double-acting means that gas compression occurs on both sides of the piston, and the suction sides of the valves on both sides are connected to the same pipeline, as are the discharge sides; in other words, they belong to the same stage. In my understanding, at the same stage there is only one pressure level; compression cycles of two or more different levels take place at one or both ends, and this phenomenon is seen only in cylinders with a differential pressure setup, meaning that the pressure of the compressed gas varies.
In my opinion, \"extremely poor\" means that the compressed gas in the cylinder belongs to two different pressure levels
To address this issue, it is first necessary to determine the locations of the inlet and outlet valves.
