Please talk about the waste gas treatment in the recycling workshop of coking plants! If it is negative pressure recovery, how is the problem of naphthalene accumulation addressed? If it is washed and recycled, are the emissions of organic components in the gas within acceptable limits? In the case of negative pressure recovery, the pipes can be insulated; electric heating can also be used in cold areas to maintain a temperature of around 20 degrees in the exhaust pipes. Of course, steam purging ports should be installed above each valve to ensure regular purging and thus prevent blockages. As for exhaust gas washing, few people conduct tests these days.
Hey~~ I still have a question: what about the situation under positive pressure operation? We also have exhaust gas treatment systems, such as exhaust gas scrubbers. However, such a unit is not available in the crude benzene processing section; its waste gases are mainly released through vents, as well as those generated from oil washing and residue regeneration. Is the vent pipe for crude benzene left open? The main issue in the recycling section is wastewater; there is very little waste gas, so basically no treatment is needed, unless... there are sensitive areas such as scenic spots in the vicinity of your factory
