Water combined transport is generally required when driving for the first time, but it is not necessary after the second time! Is it right?
Generally, water combined transportation is required when the device is first started. The main purpose is to check whether the equipment and pipelines are leaking and ensure that the equipment and pipelines are smooth. Carry out regular switching of the pump and examine the operating performance of the pump. Put the instrument into service and test its performance in the cold state. Conduct on-the-job training and accident drills * , so that operators can become more familiar with the process, operating methods and use of the DCS system. This is usually done when driving for the first time, mainly to test the instruments and dynamic and static equipment, to exercise and train the team, and to nip problems in the bud. It will not be necessary for the second and subsequent driving.
The purpose of water intermodal transportation (for the first start of construction): (1) Further clean the debris in the equipment and pipelines and identify whether there are leaks in valves, flanges, pipelines, etc. ; (2) Further test the installation quality and operation of the pump ; (3) Check and test each flow, liquid level, pressure and other control and indicating instruments to test whether the alarm system is easy to use ; (4) Open up the process and check whether the process flow is qualified ; (5) Operators conduct technical training to prepare for load trial operation. When driving again after maintenance, water transport is no longer required. Air sealing is only required to check for leaks.
Water transport must be carried out when driving for the first time. If there are many changes after a major overhaul, it should also be carried out.
For the second and subsequent drives, if the equipment needs to be changed significantly, although water transport is not required, it is better to have oil transport.
Water combined transport must be carried out when starting the machine for the first time. In addition, water combined transport must be carried out when the equipment is expanded and there are many parts for maintenance. The main purpose is to assess construction quality, instrument control, equipment operation, etc.
Without the addition of new towers and pumps, there is no need for them.
The device must be transported by water when it is driven for the first time. It is not necessary if the second time it is not changed much.
The purpose of water intermodal transportation is 1) to further flush pipelines and equipment. 2) Check the working conditions of pumps, equipment, pipelines, valves and flanges under load. 3) Make operators familiar with the device process and DCS operations. 4) Examine the construction quality and adjustment performance of the flow control instruments and liquid level control instruments in the circulation system. Conditions that should be met for water combined transportation: 1) Confirm that the equipment and pipelines have been purged, flushed with water and the individual equipment has passed the trial operation. 2) Problems with pipelines, equipment, and instruments participating in water transport have been resolved. The disassembled valves, flanges, regulating valves, orifice plates, etc. have been installed. 3) The preparations for the pumps participating in the water transport have been completed, and the relevant units have made preparations to ensure the transportation. Precautions for water combined transport 1) Personnel participating in water combined transport must be familiar with the water combined transport plan, and must take it seriously. Use water instead of oil, and are not allowed to run, leak, or cross. 2) Each standby pump must be switched, and the continuous operation time of each pump shall not be less than 24 hours to examine the construction quality of the pump and the operating capacity of the pump. 3) After the water combined transport is completed, the water in the equipment will be drained from the bottom, and the water in the pipeline and the pump will also be drained from the vent valves at each bottom point. 4) During the water combined transport, attention should be paid to strictly prevent the motor from overloading, the liquid level should be well controlled, and the pump should be prevented from emptying out. The regulating valve should not be turned on automatically at first, and it can be turned on automatically according to the situation after it stabilizes. 5) Before combined transportation, check whether the inlet and outlet valves of each system are installed with blind plates to prevent water from escaping into the external system. 6) When water passes through the cooler, heat exchanger and regulating valve, it first flows through the auxiliary line and then through the main body. 7) If filters and pipelines are found to be clogged, they should be cleaned immediately and the tower and container should be vented. 8) Pay attention to anti-freeze and anti-condensation of equipment during combined transportation.
The first time is necessary not only to check the equipment but also to conduct on-the-job training! The second time is not necessary in principle, but it is generally required by state-owned enterprises for safety reasons.
Our workshop does not do water-based transport, but direct gas phase reaction.
In principle, it is not necessary, but it is best to transport it by oil.
According to regulations: Water transport must be carried out before the device is started for the first time. The main purpose is to check whether the equipment and pipelines are leaking and smooth. ; Remove rust, welding slag and other debris from pipes by flushing. Therefore, unless there is a major change to the device, it is generally only used once.
