Our factory is a PVC production facility that has been shut down for 6 months; we are now in the preparation phase to resume operations. Due to the long period of shutdown, the polymerization reactors and piping systems are quite dirty. What is the most effective way to clean them?
The reaction tank uses imported ultra-high pressure equipment (280 Mpa/45 L) of the \"Devil Gun\" type, with a purification efficiency of over 98%; it causes no damage to the equipment and has only minimal dead corners. The pipeline is equipped with a self-rotating spray head.
A water gun with a pressure of 20 or 40 Mpa will suffice; it is also possible to outsource the task to specialized personnel who will clean the tank.
