What type should be chosen for the lubricating oil pump of a compressor? Which type is better? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each? Please feel free to share your thoughts.
Generally, screw pumps or centrifugal pumps are preferred for high flow rates, while gear pumps are used for lower flow rates. With the current level of technology, none of the types of lubrication pumps pose any problems.
