Raw rubber-----------As the name suggests, it generally refers to the rubber that is produced by rubber synthesis manufacturers and sold in the chemical industry market. In rubber, there is the concept of raw rubber, but no concept of vulcanized rubber. Raw rubber does not refer to unvulcanized rubber either; rather, it denotes the original rubber that has not been mixed. In the field of rubber sheets, they are generally products that have been vulcanized. So it’s even less likely to have such a distinction in this field.
Finished rubber sheets are divided into vulcanized rubber, pre-vulcanized rubber, and thermovulcanized rubber. Vulcanized rubber can come into direct contact with corrosion-resistant substances and can be used immediately after installation. Pre-vulcanized rubber requires a certain amount of time or specific treatment before it can be used; in most cases, it can simply be left to sit naturally. Vulcanized rubber, on the other hand, needs to be heated after installation, and often high temperature and pressure are required for this process. Based on these characteristics, different products are generally used for different devices.
Raw rubber is unvulcanized rubber material; it is a semi-finished product with no practical application value. Vulcanized rubber is rubber that has been vulcanized, endowing it with specific physical properties.
