As a recent graduate who has just started working, I am currently in an automation position at a state-owned enterprise, where I am gaining experience at the grassroots level. It is essential to acquire both practical skills and theoretical knowledge. Are there any other aspects I should pay attention to in terms of work performance and interpersonal relationships? According to the older generation, one should not interrupt when leaders or veteran revolutionaries are speaking; even if you know a lot about the subject, I was criticized for doing so in the past.
Try not to offend anyone; having one more opponent makes things harder
Do more and speak less; focus on your work and keep a low profile
