How to lower the liquid level in the ammonium carbonate solution storage tank? The process is ammonia stripping
Reduce abnormal emissions and increase the amount of desorption or hydrolysis treatment.
1. Control H/C properly. 2. Operate the hydrolysis process correctly and control the water content in its vapor phase. 3. Reduce the amount of water entering the system. 4. Balance the desorption load. 5. Keep H/C at its upper limit and increase the amount of ammonium methylate sent back to high pressure. 6. Increase the pressure of the spray nozzles to reduce the pressure difference in the high-pressure system
1. An appropriate amount of steam should be introduced for hydrolysis, and the temperature at the outlet of the stripping tower must be well controlled; the higher the temperature, the more water will be carried back to the low-pressure stage. 2. Control the temperature and pressure at high and medium pressures, so that ammonia and carbon dioxide are decomposed and recovered as much as possible in the upstream system; with less material reaching low pressure, the liquid level will naturally not be high. 3. An appropriate water-carbon ratio, with an increased amount of ammonium methoxide returned to high pressure. 4. Increasing the flow from the ammonium carbonate solution storage tank to the condensate at the top of the stripping tower can concentrate the solution in that tank and reduce the amount of water that enters it; however, the disadvantage is that the low-pressure level will rise.
