Spin flash drying systems usually use belt dust collectors to remove dust in the exhaust gas. However, if the exhaust gas is accidentally overheated, the rubber diaphragms will always burn. In the production line of our factory, one or two need to be replaced every shift. So I would like to ask you for some improvement measures?
1. Confirm whether the diaphragm is damaged due to overtemperature or other reasons, such as unclean gas in the steam drum, excessive negative pressure in the bag, etc.? 2. It is best to use blowing air for dehydration, oil removal and dust removal. 3. If the negative pressure is too large, the diaphragm will be stressed during blowing, and a poor-quality diaphragm will easily crack. 4. If the exhaust gas is overheated, it depends on what temperature it reaches. The main consideration is the maximum working temperature of your bag. If it is too high, the cloth bag will be burned cleanly, leaving nothing behind. 5. An accident case: Because the chain is not perfect, the exhaust cold air valve cannot be opened when the temperature is overheated, all the bags are burned out, and the exhaust fan is burned out. However, the back-blowing system and diaphragm of the bag are still intact.
Measures should be taken to ensure that the exhaust gas temperature does not exceed the standard.
The exhaust gas can be cooled down first to condense the next part of the gas, and then go through bag dust removal.
If the bag has a large margin, just add cold air
