A concise and passionate oath, along with a brief ceremony of taking oaths, inspired the employees with a strong determination to produce high-quality products and build up the Bolon brand. They all expressed their commitment to fulfilling their promises through concrete actions. “After the launch of the \"Quality Activity Month,\" the company first carried out Audit reviews in a thorough manner and began to vigorously implement quality improvement plans. The company insists on conducting Audit reviews twice a week, with participation from everyone, from the general manager to the workshop staff, to jointly identify and address issues. Regular follow-up meetings are held every Thursday to discuss actions needed for more significant and serious problems, assigning specific responsibilities for carrying out those corrective actions. After the meeting, the persons responsible for making the necessary corrections promptly assembled a team to carry out those tasks, working day and night according to the set deadlines, and completed all the required corrections within the specified time frame. After more than a month of effort, the product deduction scores dropped significantly, and the overall quality awareness among all employees improved greatly. To recognize the conscientious, meticulous, and hardworking efforts of those responsible for the corrections, the company also awarded them a total of 1,680 yuan in incentives, which greatly boosted their enthusiasm. 　 Improving employees’ operational skills is a key factor in enhancing product quality. In June, the company’s Human Resources department took the initiative to contact the labor authorities and organized an 8-day training program on theoretical and practical welding skills, attended by over 100 employees from across the company. Theory and practical skill tests were conducted for the trainees, which significantly improved the skills of the frontline workers and played a vital role in ensuring higher product quality. In January, the \"Quality Activity Month\" was launched on a full scale, quickly exerting a positive and widespread impact. After customers submitted their plans for this activity month to our company, the quality and production departments sent personnel there on several occasions to observe, exchange ideas, and learn from the experience, giving high praise to the positive effects resulting from these activities. I have been involved in similar activities before; in most cases, the form outweighed the substance – things seemed lively on the surface, but in reality everything went its usual way. To ensure quality, in addition to strict supervision systems, it is best to establish clear reward and punishment systems within daily production processes. Severe penalties should be imposed for mistakes, without any leniency, while those who make contributions should be rewarded generously, without being stingy. This approach is far more effective than temporary campaign months.

I think the key is to do a good job in the analysis and ensure it’s thorough. Our analysis is ultimately aimed at serving production; trying to improve our status through various quality campaigns or similar initiatives is of little significance. It’s better to save costs and buy some analytical instruments.
