Individuals need to dress up, **while companies and social organizations need to improve, organize, and maintain their public image. This is what’s known as a showy project; it has a rather negative connotation

Really? This word is overused. I think most people believe that image projects are those that require large amounts of money, offer little practical benefit to the general public, and serve as a way for government officials to claim credit and receive rewards. The most representative example is the XX Plazas that are being built on a large scale in many places.
Image projects are not necessarily negative; they are also necessary for projects.
Milestone projects are those that are groundbreaking and have never existed before; they are different from symbolic projects. Symbolic projects are now referred to, in a derogatory sense, as those for which large amounts of money are spent merely to earn praise from leaders.
Leaders on either side hope to carry out a few landmark projects during their tenure, but in reality, many projects come to an end as soon as they are completed.
Image projects are essentially \"face\" projects; sometimes they may indeed be as the people above mentioned, but not always in a negative sense. In many cases, they have a positive connotation. As the name suggests, they represent the image, technical level (management level), and mental attitude of an organization (sometimes the developer and sometimes the contractor). Therefore, any image project is generally a key project!
