The ratio of asbestos used is GX1:GX3 = 1:1, with 40 kilograms of asbestos and 7.5 kilograms of modifier; Two adsorptions: 8 minutes for the first one, with 3 minutes of static adsorption ; Vacuum suction for 5 minutes, with a vacuum level of around 70 KPA ; For the second inhalation, it lasts 5 minutes; the diaphragm does not bridge, the surface is very smooth, and the vacuum level is around 80 KPa ; The cathode box is a coarse wire mesh with large gaps between the wires ; Operating current of 54 KA, membrane filtration brine process. Problems: short diaphragm lifespan, rapid concentration decline, low current efficiency, frequent addition of asbestos slurry ; May I ask, what are some ways to improve it? It is recommended that the slurry concentration be below 115 gpl; making slight adjustments to the fiber ratio based on the condition of the new tank will lead to improvements. Based on what the poster has described, it seems that the quality of the fluff is poor, resulting in loss of fluff inside the membrane after driving. It is possible to check again whether the film of the old groove after grooving is firmly attached to the cathode mesh.
