Hello, dear sea friends! ! : The terminator nozzle in our plant is located on the tenth layer of the reaction platform, and crude gasoline is used as the terminator. During the day, the temperature is high and the amount of terminator remains relatively constant. However, as the temperature drops at night, the amount of terminator also decreases. Even when the terminator control valve is opened wider, the amount increases only slightly before dropping again very quickly! The temperature difference between day and night in this area is significant. Our analysis shows that the large temperature difference leads to significant variations in the density of crude gasoline; at night, when the temperature is low, the density of the terminator is high, and moreover, the nozzle for injecting the terminator is located at a high position, resulting in insufficient pumping capacity! It seems we’ve encountered such a problem too~~~ It appears that the root of the issue is the pump not being able to deliver enough flow or delivering it inadequately~~
If we consider the issue of insufficient pumping capacity, our crude gasoline pump has been working perfectly fine; this phenomenon also occurs as a result of a decrease in water temperature! ! I don’t think it has much to do with the inability to pump enough volume! 、
