Those working in the engineering field, please share what the civil engineering milestones or key projects are in your respective projects
A node refers to the completion time of a key task in construction progress control; for example, the concrete foundation must be completed by date X/month Y, which serves as the target for progress control. Progress indicators refer to the completion status of representative products, such as how many pile foundations have been completed or how many columns have been erected – these are straightforward metrics.
I work with engineering documents; currently I am involved in the post-disaster reconstruction projects in Wenchuan, and there is far more documentation here than in other places.
