Our refining process generally controls the liquid yield, the higher the better! The temperature of crude gasoline should generally be controlled at 40 degrees. If it is too high, part of the light gasoline will enter the gas phase, which will not only increase the burden on the subsequent liquid separation system, but also reduce the gasoline yield, thereby reducing the liquid phase yield. If this part of the rich gas containing light gasoline enters the gas pipe network, it may cause the heating furnace to emit black smoke, reduce the combustion efficiency, and even cause backfire and other dangerous accidents.
The initial boiling point of gasoline is high, resulting in a shortened gasoline distillation range, resulting in a decrease in the low boiling point fraction of gasoline. The maximum temperature of the rich gas should be determined by the inlet and outlet temperature of the air compressor, whether there is oil at the inlet, the molecular weight of the inlet medium, and the working conditions of the air compressor.
