Dear colleagues in the marine industry, please share what incentive policies your methanol companies or workshops have in place What are the amounts for rewards and penalties? Are there competitions between teams? Which indicators are evaluated?
The workers are all fined, forced to undergo endless training sessions; the bosses are like gods – what sense is there in that?
There is a bonus for exceeding targets, but it decreases every month
There are safety awards and continuous operation awards; the longer the continuous operation time, the higher the bonus per month.

Ha, few rewards and many penalties – that’s a common issue for many companies
