Seeking help with equipment foundation issues?

The civil engineering work at this site is currently in progress. Due to the issues encountered by the construction contractor, the rebar cages are too small, making it impossible to create standard openings for these purposes. It’s not feasible to redo the work given the timeline constraints. I would like to ask everyone here: are there any other ways to solve this problem?
Regarding the civil engineering issues, it is recommended that the original poster post them again in the civil engineering forum, as there are many experts there.
