Where are there so many doctors? If everyone were a doctor, it might be impossible to carry out the specific tasks.
It depends on the type of coal liquefaction laboratory. If it is a laboratory in a production facility that monitors oil quality parameters, then ordinary technicians can handle the tasks after receiving training. For laboratories in universities or research institutions that are studying coal liquefaction technologies or processes (including those related to catalysts, reactors, and processes), the primary requirements when recruiting staff are practical laboratory skills and clear thinking; secondly, a background in chemical engineering processes is necessary, with experience in coal-to-oil conversion being preferred. Whether the candidate has a PhD is not that important – at least those with a bachelor’s degree or above are capable of achieving results.
