What material are the heat treatment frames used by various manufacturers during heat treatment?

Our factory’s main products are stainless steel pipe fittings. For heat treatment, solution heat treatment at 1070 degrees Celsius is employed. The material used to construct the solution treatment frame is Φ25 rod of 2205 duplex steel, which is welded together to form the frame; such a frame can generally be subjected to this treatment only 3 to 4 times, after which the welds in the frame start to loosen up. After disassembling this frame, the original Φ25 rod is straightened and rewelded; it can be reused for another 5 to 6 cycles after rewelding. After 5 to 6 times, the rods used for welding the solution-treated frames have become quite thin, and can only be discarded. I wonder if there are any good methods or materials among those who use sea products to increase the number of times a solid solution frame can be used?
