Our company is about to install a diesel hydrogenation unit soon. May I ask which manufacturer’s high-pressure control valves (900LB) you use? How is it being used? This post was last edited by qjt_sd on 2009-4-11 17:33]
I have seen Siemens valve positioners used with Wuxi-made tooling
It is mainly used at the outlet of the hydrogenation system, that is, in the section from high-pressure separation to low-pressure separation. It’s very important!
For domestic tooling, imported Fisher products are better; since it’s quite important, it’s best to use imported ones
The new hydrogenation unit built by our company uses Fisher valves, and its commissioning was successful.
Fisher is a bit more expensive, while Wuxi workwear is also good quality but at a much lower price.
At the cold high-pressure and hot high-pressure outlets, as well as in the recycled hydrogen section. Generally, it’s these three companies: Fisher, Masenilon, and Samson. However, for equipment used in Wuxi, since the valves used there are mostly sleeve valves, these products aren’t very suitable.
Hydrogen-handling systems require something very critical
Our company uses instruments from Wuzhong Instrument Factory, and the performance is quite good; we’ve been using them for 5 years now with no problems at all
If there is enough funding, use Fisher valves; if you don’t want to spend much money, either domestic Wuxi-made valves or Fisher valves will work
High pressure, Masoneilan, Fisher, right?
