New discoveries in hydrogenation furnaces

There is a thin layer of fog on the window of the hydrogenation furnace; it’s white. At first it’s just in the form of fog, but later it might turn into something like frost. What is this? What causes it?

Two words to describe “impurities”: clean the pipes in new plants, and thoroughly clean the reduction furnaces in old plants!
