Taking into account the number of posts posted in various sections of the fertilizer-related forum, the amount of work involved, as well as the performance of the moderators over recent times, the following proposals are made regarding the moderators of this forum: 1. *aoye613, Fan Zhou Wu Hu, and 1025199692/wjt715519 – these four moderators have performed excellently, and it is recommended that they be promoted to official moderators as scheduled. 2. Mingyyan, ymtuegj12, and Guozongduan – for various reasons, these three moderators fail to meet the required standards in terms of the number of management actions taken and time spent online; it is suggested that they be temporarily removed from the management team. 3. Snowdfr should be appointed as the moderator for the section dedicated to technical discussions on synthetic ammonia production. Please discuss these proposals among yourselves and submit them to the super moderator for approval.

Agree to promote real * moderator from the nitrogen fertilizer section to an official moderator; 1025199692 will also be made an official moderator.
