Check the construction and acceptance standards for thermal insulation projects; they contain relevant tables. The specifications outline various acceptance criteria, indicating to you how to conduct the inspections.
Table J115 in SH3503-2002 (Sinopec acceptance specifications) can be used; it is primarily used to specify the conditions to be confirmed prior to insulation application (such as the status of paint application, etc.).

First, records of inspections for concealed works must be kept; second, records of inspection and acceptance for insulation work procedures must be maintained.
Hidden works must be inspected, accepted, and documented before they are concealed, as clearly stipulated in relevant standards. The procedures carried out before insulating equipment or pipelines are considered concealed works.
