Since there is no backup pump installed for the pumping unit, a leak occurs in the outlet pipe of the pump. How should this situation be handled? My recommendation: 1. During the transportation of the pump, carry out emergency leak sealing; wait until polymerization is complete before proceeding with thorough leak sealing ; 2. Cut off the source of the leak; while locating the point of leakage, continue the polymerization reaction by manual feeding, but safety measures may not be in place, making it quite dangerous. Temporary solution: Before polymerization is completed, install a sealed jacket with a collection tank at the leakage site. The collected leaked liquid is recovered and fed back into the raw material tank. Wait until the polymerization is complete before carrying out the leak sealing.
There are professional tools for sealing leaks, such as pipe clamps, but what I really want to say is that the design of your factory is extremely unreasonable. Normal factories have several levels of contingency plans; it’s better not to work in a factory like this
