Here’s a simple way: go to the websites of those project management companies, check out their descriptions and their qualification levels. Also, take a look at their staff composition. The most important thing is their track record – if they have a lot of successful projects in recent years, and those projects are in various fields or involve specialized areas, then it indicates that the company is quite good
In my opinion, it mainly depends on the experience of the personnel in the project company – whether they have handled similar projects before. Many project companies hire people of poor quality whose professional skills are inadequate; as a result, they are unable to carry out management tasks on site.
Examine the company’s qualifications and its representative engineering projects.
On evaluating the comprehensive capabilities of project management companies. In my opinion, it should be evaluated from the following aspects: 1. Corporate financial strength 2. Human resource situation 3. Company performance 4. Technology and equipment 5. Status of completed projects 6. Customer reviews
Another good approach is: 1. Go and investigate their base; many things will become clear then; 2. Take a look at the project entities they have created.
