Why is there such a big difference among people?

Why do some people see their salary exceed the five-figure mark just 1 or 2 years after graduating from college? Why do some people still earn only 3,000 yuan right after graduating from college? I’ve noticed a problem: state-owned enterprises don’t have any money! Only foreign companies have money! Is that so?
This was a personal decision made over my four years in university and the first 1-2 years after starting work~!

Original poster, you can’t just look at how much money others have. In China, many children of billionaires don’t have to do anything at all, yet they still have plenty of money. Having too much money puts a heavy burden on one. Furthermore, in my opinion, the chemical industry is not one where one can earn a high salary in a short period of time.
